Our hearings are usually held in public which means anyone can request access to observe – whether the hearing is in person or being held remotely. Please visit our request to attend a hearing page for information on how to request this.

The Dental Professionals Hearings Service does not have its own press office. If you have any questions or would like further information about a fitness to practise case, please contact the General Dental Council’s Press Office and a member of their team will be happy to help.
