Outcome summary
At a review hearing on 28 May 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued the conditions on Mr Aspinall's registration for the remainder of the 18 months order. An Interim order of suspension was originally imposed on 6 February 2025 for 18 months. On 18 July 2025, the interim suspension was revoked and interim conditions were imposed for the remainder of the order. This interim order is due to expire on 5 August 2026 and the GDC will be applying to the High Court for an extension of it. In the even that such an application is granted, the order will be reviewed in accordance with the GDC's statutory requirements.
