Interim Orders Committee

At a review hearing on 21 May 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued the conditions on Mr Luniya's registration for the remainder of the High Court extension. An interim order of suspension was originally imposed on 23 November 2023. At a review hearing on 10 May 2024, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the suspension and an interim order of conditions which was imposed. On 18 February 2025, the High Court extended the order for 12 months. On 13 February 2026, the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed in 6 months.
