Outcome summary
At a review hearing on 28 May 2025 the Interim Orders Committee continued the conditions on Mr Khan's registration for the remainder of the 12 month High Court extension. The order was originally imposed on 22 September 2023 for 15 months. On 10 December 2024 the High Court extended the order for 12 months. This interim order is due to expire on 20 December 2025 and the GDC will be applying to the High Court for a further extension of it. In the event that such an application is granted, the order will be reviewed in accordance with the GDC's statutory requirements.
