Interim Orders Committee

At a review hearing on 14 November 2025 the Interim Orders Committee continued the conditions on Mr Khan's registration for the remainder of the 12 months High Court extension order. The order was originally imposed on 23 June 2023 for 18 months. At a review hearing on 31 October 2024, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the conditions and imposed an interim order of suspension. On 18 December 2024 the High Court extended the order for 12 months. At a review hearing on 12 March 2025, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the suspension and imposed an interim order of conditions. This interim order is due to expire on 21 December 2025 and the GDC will be applying to the High Court for a further extension of it. In the event that such an application is granted, the order will be reviewed in accordance with the GDC's statutory requirements.
