At a review hearing on 9 September 2025 the Interim Orders Committee continued the conditions on Ms Nicolas' registration for the remainder of the 12 month High Court extension. An interim order of suspension was originally imposed on 12 October 2022 for 15 months. On 20 December 2023 the High Court extended the order for 12 months. At a review hearing on 14 March 2024, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the suspension and imposed an interim order of conditions which was imposed from 14 March 2024. On 9 January 2025 the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. Please note that this registrant is subject to 2 separate sanctions from 2 separate cases.
