Christopher Roberts

Chris Roberts graduated from the University of Wales College of Medicine, Cardiff in 2002. Following graduation he has held a variety of clinical roles mainly as a general dental practitioner treating patients not only through the NHS but also in private practice. He has also worked as a civilian dental practitioner for the ministry of defence treating armed forces personnel and their families and has also been employed within the community dental service as a clinical director. He has also acted as a clinical advisor and expert for the GDC and has previously acted as an expert witness at hearings.Chris holds the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners, as well the Diploma in Dental Health Services Leadership and Management from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and is currently completing his Fellowship from the faculty. In addition, he has an interest in sedation and holds a Diploma in Conscious sedation from Kings College, London. Latterly he has taken an interest in clinical governance and ethical standards and at present he works as a Clinical Supervisor for the Plymouth Dental school as well as a part time advisor with CQC.
