David Brown

David is a Commissioner with the Criminal Cases Review Commission, and a Lay Panel Member on both the Investigating Committee for the Nursing and Midwifery Council and the Insolvency Committee for the Institute of Chartered Accountants. David has previously sat as a criminal magistrate, prior to which he served as a senior officer in the London Fire Brigade. David has a BSc in Fire Command, and was awarded the Queen’s Fire Service Medal for hard work and commitment to the Fire Service and to London as a whole.
