Laura Wallbank

Laura Wallbank is currently self-employed and works in the private education of midwives and medical students as a tutor and programme lead. Laura is a midwife by background, and worked in the NHS for over thirty years. During her time, Laura fulfilled clinical and managerial roles with a strong focus on professional responsibility and clinical standards, taking a lead in improving service provision and supporting midwives in developing their practice. Laura completed an eight year term as a registrant panel member at the Nursing and Midwifery Council in 2025.
