Chantelle Findlow

Chantelle has had significant roles in central government and Non Departmental Public Bodies, which includes senior policy and advisor roles at the Department for Work and Pensions, and a quasi-judicial role as an Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service. Chantelle has developed and led successful teams, in fast paced environments and has previously engaged in pro bono work through BPP Law school, where (after acquiring a degree specialising in Criminology and Social Policy) she obtained her Graduate Diploma in Law, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC), and Masters in Professional Legal Practice (LLM PLP).

As an experienced legal professional and regulator, Chantelle has extensive experience, gained in senior positions, overseeing professional industries and government Arm’s Length Bodies (such as NEST Corporation, the Pensions Regulator and the Money and Pensions Service), assessing whether they are effective, efficient, and fit for purpose.

Chantelle has also volunteered for several years, as an Advisor to the Board of Trustees for Citizens Advice North Hertfordshire, where she provides guidance and challenge to the Board and CEO
