Caroline Healy

Caroline trained as a nurse, midwife and health visitor and has worked in the health sector, in children’s services throughout her career. This work has led her to work at local, regional and national levels and in central government in the Sure Start Unit. She volunteered for 17 years as a magistrate, chairing Family Court hearings; she also worked as a family mediator in a legal practice. Caroline has served as a chair panellist for the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the Health and Care Professions Council and Social Work England.
